writing on a repetitive model found on our software. The test

descriptions and choose the conclusions and

written reports are the best way to communicate with the client,
have the most credibility, and provide the least liability. Our
forms use standard models for writing and reporting and do not
use vague menus and other thoughtless means to write narrative
reports found on other forms. You will learn to create simple
narrative reports on our standard report form using your own
patterns of writing on a repetitive report model with standard
conclusions and recommendations.

THE GOAL
The association

THE
OBJECTIVE
The National Association of Real Estate Inspection
and Evaluation Services, NARIES™, a for profit
corporation, was established in 1999 as an association
responding to an industry need to organize and place into one
organization, related real estate professionals, particularly
residential and commercial building inspectors and
appraisers. In this manner they may seriously respond to
the public and the real estate industry regarding the physical
conditions of residential and commercial buildings and other
structures. More importantly, this should provide
improved consumer knowledge about the building inspection and
appraisal business through good communication, education,
marketing and promotion.

MISSION
The mission of the National Association
of Real Estate Inspection and Evaluation Services, NARIES™,
is, to provide leadership through the use of our professional,
"Standards of Practice", and our "Code of
Ethics and Professional Conduct", to develop the highest
level of professional practice and industry excellence in the
examination and inspection of real estate, including sites,
buildings or other structures; to provide training programs
for certification and designations; to provide public
information regarding the examination and inspection of sites
and buildings, their inspectors and appraisers, and how
to hire them. NARIES is dedicated to Home Inspectors, and the
consumer and homeowners buyers and sellers.
