and Evaluation Services Membership Classifications EXECUTIVE PROFESSIONAL REAL
ESTATE INSPECTOR MEMBER: 1.
The NARIESä Executive Professional Member is a
Professionally Trained and field Certified Building Inspector who has
successfully completed the NARIESä professional training program, the professional qualifying class and
program, passed an exam and submitted required documents Executive Trained and certified professional Inspectors are
eligible to: a. Make training recommendations b. Hold appointed offices; c. Hold appointed committee chairs; d. Receive appointed duties; e. Receive employment; f. Advertise as members of NARIESä as an Executive
Trained and Certified Professional Building Inspectors and use the logo
in advertisements and promotions, etc.; g. Participate in programs, meetings, training, and receive discounts and
opportunities for business within the association. Executive, Trained and Certified Professional Inspectors
are entitled to receive: a. Access to the Home File; b. Access to the consumer BBS; c. the Quarterly "TRAN MODERN INFORMER"; d. the Monthly "FOCUS POINT"; e. Exclusive BBS for Inspectors; f. Bi-annual Report; g. Access to special announcement board. 2. The NARIESä Executive Professional Member is a field
Certified Professional Building Inspector who has successfully completed the NARIESä professional
qualifying class and program, passed an exam and submitted required
documents. Executive, Certified Professional Inspectors are eligible
to: a. Hold appointed office b. Hold appointed committee chairs c. Receive appointed duties; d. Receive employment; e. Advertise as members of NARIESä as an Executive
Certified Professional Building Inspectors, and use the logo in
advertisements and promotions, etc. f. Participate in programs, meetings, and training and receive discounts
and opportunities for business within the association. Executive Certified Professional Inspectors are entitled to
receive: a. Access to the Home File; b. Access to the consumer BBS; c.
the Quarterly "TRAN MODERN INFORMER"; d. the monthly "FOCUS POINT"; e.
Exclusive BBS for Inspectors; f. Bi-annual report. An Executive Professional Member is obligated to: a. Abide by
NARIESä
STANDARDS OF PRACTICE AND CODE OF ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT FOR
MEMBERS; b. Accomplish required Continuing Education requirement (see note); c. Actively support the Building Inspection profession; d. Use the title of NARIESä Executive
Professional Member, when qualified and approved. PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE
MEMBER ( INSPECTOR): The NARIESä Certified Professional
Building Inspector has successfully completed
the NARIESä professional qualifying
class, passed an exam and submitted required documents. 1.
The Certified Professional Real Estate Inspector and/or Appraiser
Certified Real Estate Professional members are eligible to: a. Hold appointed committee chairs; b. Receive appointed duties; c. Receive employment; d. Advertise as members of NARIESä as Certified
Professional Building Inspectors and use the logo in advertisements and
promotions, etc.; e. Participate in programs, meetings, training, and receive
discounts and opportunities for business within the association. Certified Real Estate Professional Members are entitled to
receive: a. Access to the Home File; b. Access to the consumer BBS; c. the Quarterly "TRAN MODERN INFORMER"; d. Exclusive BBS for Inspectors. PROFESSIONAL
REAL ESTATE MEMBER (OTHER): The Professional
Real Estate Member has successfully completed
the NARIESä professional qualifying
class, passed an exam and submitted required documents. Members are eligible to:
a. Advertise as members of NARIESä as Professional
Members and use the logo in advertisements and promotions, etc.;
b. Participate in programs, meetings and training and receive discounts
and opportunities for business within the association. Members are entitled to receive:
a. Access to the Home File;
b. Access to the consumer BBS;
c. the Quarterly "TRAN MODERN INFORMER". A Professional
Real Estate Member is obligated to: a.Abide by NARIESä STANDARDS OF PRACTICE AND CODE OF ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT FOR
MEMBERS. b.
Actively support the Building Inspection profession. c.
Use the title of NARIESä Professional
Member, when qualified and approved OTHER and/or ADDITIONAL
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERS: Members are
eligible to: a. Advertise as members of NARIESä as Members and use
the logo in advertisements and promotions, etc. b. Participate in programs, meetings, and training. Members are
entitled to receive: a. Access to the Home File b. Access to the consumer BB Additional /
Other Professional Member is obligated to: a. Abide by NARIESä STANDARDS OF PRACTICE AND CODE OF ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT FOR
MEMBERS. b. Actively support the Building Inspection profession. c. Use the title of NARIESä Professional
Member, when qualified and approved. NOTE: CEUs are the
member’s choice. They must be verifiable and worthwhile meaning they
must contribute to knowledge of buildings and sites, or the
inspector’s ability to create improved reports including classes in
writing. An open list file of courses for members viewing will be made
available as they are submitted and approved. |
